About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on questions of ensuring food security
For the purpose of providing the population with food products of prime necessity and stabilization of situation in the food market, according to Articles 3, 8 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About food security of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 24, 2022 No. 334 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in item 4 of the word of "agricultural industry" "water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry";
Structure of the Council for food security and food in the Kyrgyz Republic formed by the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
3) in Regulations on the Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in item 4:
add the subitem "b" with the paragraph of the following content:
"-initiation of efficient measures in case of threat in ensuring food security of the country;";
in the subitem "g":
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-to initiation of efficient measures, connected with questions of ensuring food security of the Kyrgyz Republic, especially in the remote and mountain areas;";
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
