About creation of Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of providing the population with food products of prime necessity and stabilization of situation in the food market, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About food security of the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic in structure according to appendix 1.

2. Approve Regulations on Council for food security and food of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Council) according to appendix 2.

3. In need of the solution of the questions connected with ensuring food security the meeting of Council in expanded structure according to appendix 3 can be convened.

4. Determine working body of Council the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Recognize invalid:
