1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 9.6 of Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for forming, maintaining the Register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and provision of data from it approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 456, the word "inclusive;" to replace with the word "inclusive);";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 457 "About types of individual business activity":
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine:
the list of the types of activity permitted for implementation as the individual entrepreneur according to appendix 1;
the list of the types of activity permitted for implementation as independent professional activity according to appendix 2;
the list of types of craft activity according to appendix 3.
Establish:
the application form about decision making about application of collection for implementation of craft activity according to appendix 4;
