Based on paragraph two of part two, part four of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of paragraphs of the seventh and eighth of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2024 "About change of the laws concerning business activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 365-Z
the list of the types of activity permitted for implementation as the individual entrepreneur according to appendix 1;
the list of the types of activity permitted for implementation as independent professional activity according to appendix 2;
the list of types of craft activity according to appendix 3.
Establish:
the application form about decision making about application of collection for implementation of craft activity according to appendix 4;
form of the termination letter of application of collection for implementation of craft activity in voluntary procedure, about loss of the basis for application of collection for implementation of craft activity, about the termination of implementation of craft activity according to appendix 5.
2. To the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 – since October 1, 2024;
other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
