About approval of Changes in Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of the Procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 (with changes) (further - the enclosed Changes).
2. To payment service providers, their commercial agents and the companies which according to the legislation of Ukraine are granted the right to collection of means, transportation of currency and other values, within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to perform review, updating, renewal and the conclusion of contracts with clients for the purpose of reduction of their content in compliance with Changes.
3. To department of currency circulation (Oleg Prokhoda) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine, and to banks - to data of their clients information on adoption of this resolution.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
