According to the laws of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", "About procedure for the solution of single questions of the administrative-territorial device of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 "About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 61" and of April 07, 2023 No. 306 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 4, 2015 No. 890" we ORDER to No. 631:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for reclamation of documents of social and legal nature for citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of September 21, 2015 No. 1786/5/272, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 21, 2015 at No. 1117/27562, who are applied.
2. To the sector of normative legal support of archiving of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (V.'s Rud) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
