The subitem 2 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 07, 2017 No. 1829/5 "About approval of Rules of record keeping and archive in bodies of the public executive service and private contractors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 08, 2017 at No. 699/30567, to state in the following edition:
"2) Approximate nomenclature of cases of the private contractor.".
3. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 08, 2017 at No. 699/30567, to be reworded as follows the nomenclature of cases of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 07, 2017 No. 1829/5, enclosed.
4. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov M.) in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
