According to Item 6 of Article 256 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 129-13 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. Bring in the list of the types of goods which are not relating to goods for private use (appendix No. 6 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107), changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
