About the single questions connected with goods for private use

According to Item 6 of Article 256,Item 11 of Article 260,Items 2, of 3, of the 6 and 8Article 266 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Determine that:

a) cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations within which goods for private use are imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union without payment of customs duties, taxes are determined according to appendix №1;

b) single rates of customs duties, taxes, and also types of goods for private use concerning which customs duties, the taxes levied in the form of cumulative customs payment are subject to payment are determined according to appendix № 2;

c) cases and conditions of import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods for private use with exemption of customs duties, taxes are determined by the list according to appendix №3;

d) the goods for private use which were in the use which can be imported in assigned amount by foreign physical persons for the stay on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union without payment of customs duties, taxes irrespective of cost and (or) the weight of such goods are determined by the list according to appendix №. 4;

e) cases of implementation of customs declaration of goods for private use by the person acting for and on behalf of the customs applicant and not being the customs representative are determined by the list according to appendix №5;

e) types of goods, not belonging to goods for private use, are determined by the list according to appendix №6;

g) concerning the types of goods for private use specified in Items 1 – 4 appendices № 1 to this Decision, can be established by the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state member, the Union) more tough, than such goods for private use provided by appendix №1 to this Decision, cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations, within which are imported on customs area of the Union without payment of customs duties, taxes;

h) the goods for private use established by the legislation of state member more tough, than provided by appendix № 1 to this Decision, cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations, within which are imported on customs area of the Union without payment of customs duties, taxes, applied in case of release of goods for private use in free circulation in state member which legislation establishes such regulations;

i) regarding exceeding established by the legislation of state member of more tough, than the goods for private use provided by appendix № 1 to this Decision, cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations, within which are imported on customs area of the Union without payment of customs duties, taxes, the single rates of customs duties, taxes specified in Items 1 – 4 appendices № 2 to this Decision are applied;

j) it is excluded.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs code Eurasian economic союзаот on April 11, 2017.
