About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31
Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth and sixteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31 "About preparation and examination concerning industrial safety" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "7.4 Items 7" and "on December 29, 2006 No. 756" to replace respectively with the words "9.4 Items 9" and "on November 14, 2022 No. 405";
in the Instruction about procedure for preparation and examination concerning the industrial safety approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 11 of the word "job responsibilities" shall be replaced with words "job (functional) responsibilities and attracts change of these obligations";
to add Item 15 after the word "further" with words "if other is not established,";
add Item 28 with words "which is signed by the members of the commission who are present when holding examination on industrial safety";
to exclude the note to appendix to this Instruction;
in the Instruction about procedure for the certification on the right of servicing of potentially dangerous objects approved by this resolution:
to add Item 1 after the word "further" with words "if other is not established,";
in item 4:
add Item with words ", except for the case provided by part two of this Item";
add Item with part of the following content:
