Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth and sixteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for preparation and examination concerning industrial safety (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for creation and activities of the commissions for examination concerning industrial safety (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for certification on the right of servicing of potentially dangerous objects (is attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The instruction about procedure for preparation and examination concerning industrial safety

1. This Instruction establishes cases, procedure for preparation concerning industrial safety (further – preparation) and examinations concerning industrial safety (further – examination), review frequency of knowledge, except as specified preparation concerning industrial safety of the military personnel Armed Sil of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops of examination concerning industrial safety at the military personnel, faces of civil personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About industrial safety" are applied.
