About modification of the Order of the Government No. 913/2016 about approval of the Technical regulation about the minimum requirements to deliveries of construction products

Based on article 11 of the Law No. 721/1996 on quality in construction (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, and parts (6) article 3 of the Law No. 420/2006 on technical regulation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 92-102, 125), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 913/2016 about approval of the Technical regulation about the minimum requirements to deliveries of construction products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 247-255, 997), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "the interconnected standards" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the harmonized standards" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The text of "The law No. 721-XIII of February 2, 1996" to replace 2) in acceptance formula with the text of "Law No. 721/1996", and to exclude the words "and amendments";

3) in the resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The central industry body of public management in the field of construction will periodically develop, approve and publish in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova the list of the harmonized standards to the Technical regulation about the minimum requirements to deliveries of construction products.";

b) recognize Items 3 and 4 invalid;

4) in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

a) to state formula of harmonization in the following edition:
