1. To add the name and the deciding part of the resolution after words of "emergency situations" with the words "and their effects".
2. According to the procedure of accounting of emergency situations, approved by the specified resolution:
The name of the Procedure after words of "emergency situations" to add 1) with the words "and their effects";
Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. This Procedure determines the main requirements to accounting of emergency situations and their effects.";
The paragraph third Item 2 to exclude 3);
Item 3 after the words "Accounting of Emergency Situations" to add 4) with the words "and their effects";
Item 4 to state 5) in the following edition:
"4. Accounting of emergency situations and their effects in Ukraine conduct GSChS and its territorial authorities, and also the central executive bodies, other public authorities, local government bodies, subjects of managing and other legal entities irrespective of their subordination and pattern of ownership.";
