Based on subitems 3. 1, 3.3 and 3.5 Items 3 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 No. 271-Z "About the address with waste" and parts two of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" DECIDES: Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2020 No. 388 "About the address with waste of goods and packagings":

from subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of appendix 11 to this resolution of the word "glass", also "flew down", to exclude;

in Item 6 of appendix 2 to this resolution:

in paragraph five of the word "the agreement based on which are acquired" shall be replaced with words "agreements based on which waste is acquired and";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"source accounting documents confirming use (transfer for use) raw materials and materials (including waste) in production process;";

from the paragraph of the sixth the word of "glass" to exclude;

in Regulations on the procedure, conditions of application and requirements to own system of collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and packaging approved by this resolution:
