About modification of the Order of the Government No. 935/2018 about the organization and functioning of National bureau of statistics

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 935/2018 about the organization and functioning of National bureau of statistics (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 377 – 383, Art. 1003), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) state Items 3 and 5 in the following edition:

"3. Establish the extreme number of staff of National bureau of statistics in number of 484 units from which 249 units for central office and 235 units for territorial subdivisions (the regional centers according to the statistics).";

"5. The national bureau of statistics will attract in addition on the basis of the annual individual employment contract of 240 interviewers to carrying out inspections in households, inspections of consumer prices, and also inspections of small agricultural producers. Financing will be performed at the expense of the government budget provided for accomplishment of the Program of statistical works.";

b) in Item 6 to replace figure "3" with figure "4";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) add Item 7 with subitems 8) and 9) of the following content:

"8) is coordinated at the national level by process of harmonization of official statistics according to requirements of the European Union;

9) is coordinated by distribution of official statistical information, including to the international organizations.";

b) in Item "3" to exclude the 9th figure;

Appendices No. 2 and 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
