About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2019 No. 19
Based on part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About archiving and clerical work" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 323-Z
1. Bring in the Instruction about operating procedure with electronic documents in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2019 No. 19, the following changes:
state Item 27 in the following edition:
"27. Formats of files in which general part of ED remains shall provide reproduction of form of external representation of ED at all stages of their processing and storage.
Files of general part of internal ED of the organization permanent, temporary (over 10 years) storages or with the mark "EPK", including appendices, shall be provided in the Portable Document Format format (PDF/A1 or PDF/A 2).
Files of general part of ED, including the appendices directed to third parties shall be provided in the Portable Document Format format (PDF/A1 or PDF/A 2).";
the second Item 38 to exclude part;
add Item 43 with words ", and ED signed in non-working day (time off) are registered not later than in the first working day following it";
in part one of Item 81 of the word "in the form of electronic cases" shall be replaced with words "in the form of ED".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
