1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2013 No. 763 "About approval of the Qualification requirements imposed to the physical persons having the right to determine skill level of aviation personnel" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8786) the following change:
Qualification requirements, shown to the physical persons having the right to determine skill level of aviation personnel, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
