About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period of board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes in:
1) the Instruction on the organization of work of the bank system in the extraordinary mode approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 435 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 349) (with the enclosed changes);
2) Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 05, 2018 No. 51 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 23, 2022 No. 104) (with the enclosed changes).
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
