About modification of some Orders of the Government in the field of legislative metrology

Based on Item d) parts (1) article 5 of the Law No. 19/2016 on metrology (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 100 - 105, the Art. 190), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1042/2016 about approval of the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 306 - 313, Art. 1130), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control:

a) in Item 13:

paragraph two after the text "subjects to legislative metrological control," to add with the text "or for the measurements taken in areas of public interest";

in paragraph three of the word "the laboratory of metrological checking requested and provided" to replace with the text "the laboratory of metrological checking or the legal entity who takes measurements in areas of public interest, requested and provided";

b) in the table:

in column the fourth 5.1.2 1) the text of "DN 200" to replace line items with the text of "DN 250";

in Item 5.1 the text "Gas meters (line item 5.1.2.1) with the maximum expense over 2500 m3/h, respectively, counters for cold and hot water (line item 5.1.3.1) diameter over DN 200, used in areas of public interest, are estimated by National institute of metrology on the basis of the calibrating certificate / certificate on checking, granted by national metrological institute or authorized/accredited laboratory of other state showing compliance of certain measuring instruments to requirements for restriction of errors of measurements within the most admissible errors provided by the international, regional or European regulating documents accepted as applicable national regulating documents in the field of metrology.
