Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2015 No. 676 "About requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 28, Art. 4241; 2017, No. 21, Art. 3007; 2019, No. 16, Art. 1928; 2020, No. 37, Art. 5720; No. 42, Art. 6615; 2021, No. 23, Art. 4079; 2022, No. 1, Art. 115; No. 52, Art. 9610).
2. To provide to operators of the state information systems according to the requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2015 No. 676 "About requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases" (in edition of this resolution) (further - requirements), access to the local government bodies and bodies of the public power of the federal territories specified in Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution to information containing in the state information systems, in amount, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.
