1. Approve Regulations on general terms of compensation of drivers of road transport, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on general terms of compensation of drivers of road transport

This Provision determines general terms of compensation of drivers of road transport.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. General terms of compensation of drivers of road transport (further - drivers) are obligatory for state-financed organizations, the state companies, organizations and the organizations, the state share in which authorized capital constitutes more than 50 percent (further - the organizations), and for other organizations have advisory nature.

2. The salary of drivers is considered:

payment for the performed work or worked time;

incentive and compensatory allowances and surcharges;

awards for production results;

special awards;

awards following the results of work in year;

financial support;

one-time award;

other payments provided by the Tax code.

3. Compensation of drivers of the organizations is performed on the basis of the Single scale of charges on the compensation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 16, 2019 No. 775 (further - the Single scale of charges on compensation).

Based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 11, 2012 No. 6 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to the self-supporting companies and the organizations using single scale of charges on compensation as basis for the organization of compensation of workers can establish the increased tariff coefficients of the Single scale of charges, proceeding from their financial opportunities and results of economic activity.

The self-supporting organizations which are not using in compensation the Single scale of charges on compensation perform compensation of drivers according to the wages system accepted in this organization based on Article 246 of the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Chapter 2. Categories of compensation of drivers

4. Compensation of drivers of the organizations (except truck drivers) is performed on the basis of Grades in compensation of drivers of the organizations (except truck drivers) on the Single scale of charges on compensation according to appendix 1 to this Provision.

5. Compensation of truck drivers of the organizations is performed on the basis of Grades in compensation of truck drivers of the organizations according to appendix 2 to this Provision.

6. Categories of compensation of drivers, proceeding from parameters and purpose of the cars specified by the producer in the characteristic (technical data sheet) of the car are determined according to appendices 1 and 2 to this Provision.

In case of fixing to the driver in the organization of cars of several classes, compensation of the driver is made proceeding from the highest category of the car fixed to it.

7. The grade on the Single scale of charges in compensation of drivers:

dump trucks, cars refrigerators in transit of perishable loads, and also truck cranes it is established one category above;

specialized cars of service of the emergency medical care concerning drivers of other cars of emergency medical service it is established one category above.

8. The industry coefficient in the amount of 1,228 is applied to the tariff charge of drivers. According to the corresponding grade of the Single scale of charges in compensation the base wage rate of the driver is formed.

9. In case of introduction of hourly pay of work the hourly tariff charge determined by division of the base monthly tariff charge into the average monthly number of working hours established in regulatory legal acts taking into account the year balance of working hours is applied.

For drivers of the personal and automobile cars on duty fixed to state bodies the replaceable operating mode which is not exceeding 12 hours for watch with condition of hourly pay of work is set.

Chapter 3. The surcharges paid to drivers

10. Allowances and surcharges are established:

for work at night, days off and holidays, and also for overtime work in the sizes established by the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

for qualification class to drivers of second class - in the amount of 10 percent, to drivers of the first class - in the amount of 25 percent from base wage rate of the driver on the corresponding grade of the Single scale of charges in compensation;

for implementation of the international cargo transportation - during stay outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan to 20 percent from base wage rate on the corresponding grade of the Single scale of charges in compensation;
