Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3 and the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 6.16 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 978, of subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2022 No. 11/84 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "parts one of Item 5 of Article 3 and the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
