About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 and of February 10, 2022 No. 75
Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and part four of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2020 No. 92 "About stimulation of use of electric vehicles" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 1.3.5-1 of Item 1.3 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, of figure "20" to replace with figures "15";
1.2. in part one of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about appointment imported by the organization - producer of electric vehicles for the purposes of the tax exemption on value added levied by customs or tax authority, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2022 No. 75, the word of "twenty" to replace with the territory of the Republic of Belarus of autocomponents with the word of "fifteen".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
