About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", I ORDER to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:
1. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. To the public treasurer service of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this order to take measures for ensuring implementation of payments based on payment instructions.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Deputy Ministers of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
