About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 45

Based on the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 45 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z";

1.2. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"11. Establish:

form of the decision on inclusion of information about the subject of tourist activities in the register of subjects of tourist activities according to appendix 1;

form of the decision on provision of data from the register of subjects of tourist activities according to appendix 2.";

1.3. add the resolution with appendices 1 and 2 (are applied);

1.4. in subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 11.12-1.1 "Inclusion of information about the subject of tourist activities in the register of subjects of tourist activities", approved by this resolution:

to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
