About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Sport and the tourism of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 963, the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 11.121.1 "Inclusion of information about the subject of tourist activities in the register of subjects of tourist activities, introduction in it of changes, exception of the register" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 11.121.2 "Provision of data from the register of subjects of tourist activities" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 11.121.1 "Inclusion of information about the subject of tourist activities in the register of subjects of tourist activities, introduction in it of changes, exception of the register"

1.1. the name of authorized body (jurisdiction of ministerial procedure) – the Ministry of Sport and tourism;

1.2. the name of state body, other organization, performing acceptance, preparation for consideration of the applications of interested persons and (or) issue of executive decisions, adoption of executive decisions about refusal in adoption of statements of interested persons – Department on tourism of the Ministry of Sport and tourism;

1.3. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 9, 2022 No. 514 "About procedure for forming and maintaining the register of subjects of tourist activities";

1.4. other available features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

1.4.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning subjects of tourist activities *;

1.4.2. the register of subjects of tourist activities (further, unless otherwise specified, – the register) is created for the purpose of accounting and systematization of information about the subjects of tourist activities performing the activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

For realization of the purpose provided in part one of this subitem ministerial procedure on inclusion of information about the subject of tourist activities in the register, introduction in it of changes, exception of the register is performed;

1.4.3. person authorized on signing of the executive decision is the director of the department of tourism of the Ministry of Sport and tourism or person fulfilling its duties;

1.4.4. appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.
