About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2008 No. 18/25
Based on part five of subitem 1.17 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, and parts two of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2008 to state paragraph two of Item 1 of the Instruction on procedure of separate accounting and submission of the reporting by professional participants of the security market the under money which is subject to separate accounting to No. 18/25, in the following edition:
"banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, other organizations which reflect the transactions made by them in financial accounting and constitute the financial reporting according to the regulatory legal acts of National Bank regulating questions of financial accounting and the financial reporting (further - bank professional participants);".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
