Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2017 No. 57 "About approval of Rules of development, approval, state registration, change and cancellation of specifications" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 21.2.1 "State registration of specifications and notices on the change of specifications" approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of January 5, 2004 No. 262-Z";
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 2:
in part one:
in the columns "Name of the Document and (Or) Data" and "Requirements Imposed to Documents" of the word of "the automated information system of single settlement and information space" shall be replaced with words "payment system in single settlement and information space";
