About approval of Rules of development, approval, state registration, change and cancellation of specifications
Based on subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004 "About technical regulation and standardization" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
Rules of development, approval, state registration, change and cancellation of specifications (are attached);
The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 21.2.1 "State registration of specifications and notices on change of specifications" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.
2. Determine that maintaining the register of state registration of specifications is performed:
the research and production republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification" (further – BELGISS);
the scientific and project and production republican unitary enterprise "STROYTEKHNORM" (further – RUP "STROYTEHNORM") regarding specifications in the field of architectural, construction and town-planning activities.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
