About change of the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55
Based on paragraph two of part one of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2007 No. 318 "About procedure for informing everyone technical regulatory legal acts" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55 "About approval of the Instruction about requirements to submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts" the following changes:
in Item 2 of the word "The national center of legal information" shall be replaced with words "The national center of the legislation and legal information (further - NTsZPI)";
in the Instruction about requirements to submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts approved by this resolution:
in Item 1 of the word "The National Center of Legal Information (Further — NTsPI)" to replace with the word "NTsZPI";
in parts one and the second Item 13, paragraph one of Item 14, Items 15 and 16 to replace the word "NTsPI" with the word "NTsZPI".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
