About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2021 No. 815 "About approval of the list of national standards and sets of rules (parts of such standards and sets of rules) as a result of which application on obligatory basis observance of requirements of the Federal Law "The Technical Regulation about Safety of Buildings and Constructions", and on recognition with No. 985 which voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, is provided to No. 23, the Art. 4060);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 20, 2022 No. 914 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2021 No. 815" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 22, the Art. 3662).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
