About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55
Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part two of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 No. 255-Z "About pricing" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55, the following changes:
add Item 14 with part of the following content:
"Subjects of trade which acquired goods on the terms of provision of volume rebate and enable its realization in own retail chain stores and (or) with use of the global computer Internet, establish retail prices by application of the trade allowance to selling price of producers, importers, procurement organizations, keepers of goods from stabilization funds without volume rebate.";
to exclude from Item 16 of the word "in own shopping facility";
add the Instruction with Item 26-1 of the following content:
"26-1. The decision on provision to buyers of discounts from retail prices, but not below the fixed and marginal minimum retail prices established by the state bodies performing price regulation (rates), legal entities and individual entrepreneurs accept independently according to the procedure for application of discounts developed by them if other is not established by the legislation.
By provision of discounts from retail prices the document proving calculation of retail prices taking into account discounts repeatedly is not constituted.".
