1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2022 No. 14 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
the twenty ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.32.2 "Receipt by insurance company, insurance broker of permission to participation in creation outside the Republic of Belarus of insurance company and (or) insurance broker or on acquisition of shares in authorized funds (shares) of insurance company and (or) insurance broker created outside the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);";
the thirtieth to exclude the paragraph;
1.2. the name of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.32.2 "Receipt by insurance company or insurance broker of permission to participation in creation outside the Republic of Belarus of insurance company or insurance broker", approved by this resolution to state in the following edition:
