1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of legal entities for evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles.
2. Determine that certificates on accreditation of the organization on the evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles issued about day of entry into force of this resolution continue the action after day of the introduction it in force before the termination of effective period of the specified certificates.
3. Determine that for the legal entities applying for receipt of the certificate on accreditation (prolongation of effective period of accreditation) for the evaluating vulnerability of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles which submitted documents about day of entry into force of this resolution, receipt of the specified certificate is performed according to the procedure, acting for date of their representation.
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023, except for paragraph one, subitems "zh" and "z" of Item 25 and the paragraph of the fifth Item 26 of the Rules approved by this resolution which become effective since September 1, 2024, and is effective till September 1, 2029.
