The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for the creation, maintaining and access to data of the Single information database on internally displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2016 No. 646 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 77, Art. 2566; 2021, No. 23, Art. 1074; 2023, No. 90, the Art. 5201), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for creation, maintaining and access to data of the Single information database on internally displaced persons

1. In Item 2:

Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:

"The owner of the database and exclusive property rights of intellectual property on its software is the state on behalf of Minsotspolitiki.";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"The owner of information processed in the database is Minsotspolitiki.".

2. Add the Procedure with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The database manager is the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" which performs actions for implementation, administration, technical support and support of the software of the database, is responsible for its maintenance, preserving and data protection, saved up in the database, takes technical and technological measures for provision, blocking, cancellation of access to the database, makes search and selection of the analytical reports given for preparation.
