1. Join:

to the Memorandum between the Governments of the State Parties of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of main objectives and the directions of regional economic cooperation and start of process on the creating favorable conditions in the field of trade and investments signed in Almaty on September 14, 2001 and the Protocol to it signed in Shanghai on May 28, 2002;

to the Agreement on technical information security in Regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed in Shanghai on June 15, 2006;

to the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in the field of culture signed in Bishkek on August 16, 2007;

to the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in the field of agricultural industry signed in Tashkent on June 11, 2010;

to the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in the field of health care signed in Astana on June 15, 2011;

to the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on sci-tech cooperation signed in Bishkek on September 13, 2013;

to the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in the field of mass media signed in Bishkek on June 14, 2019;

2. Determine:

The Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the bodies coordinating implementation of the Memorandum between the Governments of the State Parties of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of main objectives and the directions of regional economic cooperation and start of process on creating favorable conditions in the field of trade and investments of September 14, 2001 and the Protocol to it of May 28, 2002;

according to paragraph one of article 5 of the Agreement on technical information security in Regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of June 15, 2006 Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus and Committee for State Security the competent authorities responsible for implementation of the specified international treaty;

according to paragraph one of article 9 of the Agreement between the governments of state members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on cooperation in the field of mass media of June 14, 2019 the Ministry of information the competent authority responsible for realization of provisions of the specified international treaty;

open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank the organization authorized on participation in the Agreement on interbank cooperation (consolidation) within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of October 26, 2005.

3. Send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs notifications on accession of the Republic of Belarus to the international treaties within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
