About measures for expansion of the territory of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan
For the purpose of expansion of the territory of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan created by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 12, 2017 No. UP-4931 "About creation of free economic zones "Urgut", Gizhduvan, Kokand and Hazarasp, implementations of modern technologies, the organizations of additional conveniences to entrepreneurs and also creation of import-substituting, export-oriented production capacities:
1. Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Bukhara region, the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, the Agency on the inventory on expansion of the territory of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan due to allocation of the free parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment specified in appendix to this resolution 69,5 of hectare on array of Tudakul of the Bukhara district of the Bukhara region brought in reserve of khokimiyat of the area.
2. To provide to the agency according to the inventory, the Ministry of Agriculture together with khokimiyat of the Bukhara region based on Item 1 of this resolution entering of corresponding changes into the National status report of land resources.
3. To provide to directorate of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan together with khokimiyat of the Bukhara region, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade in three-months time development of the master plan of the new territories at the expense of the means which arrived from realization of land in the territory of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan at electronic online auction.
4. To the ministry of investments, industry and trade, the Ministry of Economics and finance, to the Ministry of digital technologies, Committee on highways under the Ministry of transport, JSC Regionalnye elektricheskiye seti, JSC Hududgaztajminot, JSC Uzsuvtajminot together with khokimiyat of the Bukhara region in three-months time to approve the list of the objects which are subject to providing with engineering and communication and road infrastructure in 2024 - 2026 on the basis of the approved master plan of the new territories of the free economic zone of Gizhduvan.
5. Assign to the minister of investments, the industry and trade L. Sh. Kudratov and hokim of the Bukhara B. K region. Zaripova the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.
To assign implementation of coordination and control of activities of the departments responsible for execution of this resolution to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
