About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318 "About providing quarantine of plants in the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
Subitems "an" - and "з" Item of 1 changes (appendix to this Decision) are applied "" after 30 calendar days from the date of the direction in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union by the member of Board (Minister) of technical regulation of the Eurasian economic commission of information on obtaining by the Commission from authorized bodies of all state members of data on readiness of information systems of state members for use of integral index of risk of country of source of quarantine products in case of the choice of the control actions applied when implementing phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) when importing specific batches of quarantine products.
