DECISION OF THE COMMISSION OF CUSTOM UNION

About providing quarantine of plants in the Eurasian Economic Union

(as amended on 17-03-2017)

The commission of custom union solved:

1. Approve:

- The list of the quarantine products (quarantine freights, quarantine materials, quarantine goods) which are subject to phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the List of quarantine products, Appendix No. 1);

- Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (Appendix No. 2);

- Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (Appendix No. 3).

2. To the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation since July 1, 2010 to apply the List of quarantine products.

3. To authorized bodies of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation since July 1, 2010 to perform:

- phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union according to Appendix No. 2 to this Decision;

- phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to Appendix No. 3 to this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2010.
