At the same time refinancing is performed only at the expense of own means of BVU/LK.

Conditions, procedure and the mechanism of guaranteeing, and also monitoring of implementable projects within this mechanism are regulated by the Rules of guaranteeing on the credits / to financial leasing approved by the joint order.

Conditions, procedure and the mechanism of guaranteeing, and also monitoring of implementable projects on production and conversion in agro-industrial complex are regulated by the order of authorized state body in the field of development of agro-industrial complex. When calculating sufficiency of the amount of providing the entrepreneur for the credit within guaranteeing pledge of right to claim and pledge of shares in the authorized capital of economic partnerships are not considered.";

"BVU, FRP, LX and AKK on regular basis will send to the financial agency the report according to the Rules of subsidizing of part of rate of remuneration approved by the joint order, and Rules of subsidizing of rates of remuneration when crediting subjects of agro-industrial complex.".

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
