About additional measures for reorganization and liquidation of public institutions and companies with the state participation

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 24, 2023 No. PP-102 "About additional measures for reducing the state participation in economy" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve:

The list of the companies with the state participation reorganized into public institution and limited liability company according to appendix No. 1 *;

The list of the public institutions and companies with the state participation transformed by way of reorganization to branch according to appendix No. 2 *;

The list of the unpromising, invalid, unprofitable and low-profitable public institutions and companies with the state participation liquidated in the procedure established by the legislation according to appendix No. 3*.

2. The decision of State commission on privatization of the state assets and coordination of processes of privatization (further - the Commission) makes changes to the list of the public institutions and companies with the state participation specified in appendices No. No. 1 - 3 * to this resolution because they are excluded from the list.

3. To agency on management of the state assets in two-month time to submit for approval of the Commission the schedule of reorganization and liquidation of public institutions and companies with the state participation according to appendices No. No. 1 - 3 * to this resolution.

4. Assign to founders of public institutions and companies with the state participation the personal responsibility for high-quality, complete both timely execution of works on reorganization and liquidation of the this organizations according to appendices No. No. 1 - 3 * to this resolution.

5. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the director of the Agency on management of the state assets Ortikov A. Zh.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 6, 2014 No. 279 "About approval of regulations on procedure for privatization of objects of state-owned property":

a) in paragraph seven of Item 1 of the word of "State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property to foreign investors" shall be replaced with words "State commission on privatization of the state assets and coordination of processes of privatization";

b) in appendix No. 1:

in Item 6 of the word "State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "State commission";

in Item 28 "tender" to exclude the word;

d) in appendix No. 3:
