1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 192 the following changes:

in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2021-2025 approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the fourth Chapter 2 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- in Chapter 3:
