About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2022 No. 447
Based on paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" and for the purpose of stabilization of price situation in construction industry the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2022 No. 447 "About price regulation" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "paragraph two of part one of Item 21 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020 No. 143 "About support of economy" shall be replaced with words "paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 No. 171 "About taking measures in the field of pricing";
1.2. to exclude from paragraph two of Item 3 of the word "also is effective till January 1, 2024.";
1.3. in appendix to this resolution:
