Article 1

Part 6.3 of Article 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6.3. In case of development of the main general education program of the organization, performing educational activities for the educational programs of the primary general, main general, secondary general education having the state accreditation, provide direct application in case of realization of obligatory part of the educational program of the primary general education of federal working programs for the subjects "Russian", "Literary Reading", "World around" and "Work (Technology)", in case of realization of obligatory part of the educational program of the main general education of federal working programs for the subjects "Russian", "Literature", "History", "Social science", "Geography", "Bases of Safety and Protection of the Homeland" and "Work (Technology)", and in case of realization of obligatory part of the educational program of the secondary general education of federal working programs for the subjects "Russian", "Literature", "History", "Social science", "Geography" and "Bases of safety and protection of the Homeland".";

3) in Article 43:

add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

Part 1 of Article 48 to add 5) with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) to fulfill other duties provided by this Federal Law.";

6) in Article 51:

a) part 7 after words "this Federal Law," to add with the words "and also established according to part 10 of article 47 of this Federal Law";

b) add part 8 with the offer of the following content: "The head of the educational organization shall take the measures which are within the competence of the educational organization for protection of the rights of participants of the educational relations, non-admission of application concerning them physical and mental abuse.";

Part 4 of Article 52 to add 7) with words ", and established according to part 10 of article 47 of this Federal Law".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
