1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for determination of rating of legal technical schools of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1 *, providing procedure for the organization of the database on determination of rating of legal technical schools of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - legal technical schools), calculation of points for indicators of rating and publication of results of rating;

Regulations on procedure for acceptance of graduates of legal technical schools of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on training in bachelor degree of the highest educational organizations performing preparation of legal personnel in "law", according to appendix No. 2 *, providing procedure for the organization by judicial authorities of activities of the special commission on issue of the directions to graduates of legal technical schools, submission of documents in the highest educational organization, holding interview for acceptance on training and registrations of acceptance.

6. Make change and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

7. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

Change and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 2, 2017 No. 347 "About measures for further enhancement of system of training at the Tashkent state legal university" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 91):

a) the fifth Item 1-2 to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content:

"At the same time acceptance for study of the entrants who successfully had individual interview is performed by order of the Minister of Justice";

b) in appendix No. 1:

to state paragraph two of Item 6 in the following edition:

"Statements of foreign citizens for acceptance are adopted in the terms established by TGYuU in coordination with the Ministry of Justice";

in Item 8:

27. Foreign citizens are allowed to attend classes from the moment of adoption of the order of the rector of TGYuU on acceptance on training";

in Item 29 of the word of "the protocol of State commission" shall be replaced with words "the order on acceptance of foreign citizens on training".

2. In Regulations on the procedure for rendering by divisions of security guard and patrol service of law-enforcement bodies of services in protection of public order and to ensuring public safety in places of mass stay of citizens on the contractual legal basis approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 9, 2017 No. 808:

a) in Item 8 of the word "in form according to appendix No. 2 to this Provision" to exclude;

b) consider appendix No. 2 invalid.

3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 14, 2018 No. 453 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Center of professional training of legal personnel for international standards under the Tashkent state legal university" (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 6, the Art. 109):

a) to state Item 18 of the Regulations on short-term rates of professional training of legal personnel according to international standards in the following edition:

"18. The applicants who successfully had interview within three days after the beginning of studies represent the original of the passport or the document replacing it";

b) in Regulations on retraining rates on legal specialty for persons having the higher education:

state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. The passport or the document replacing it electronically are enclosed to the application for admission.

Each document enclosed to the application shall be in the form of the separate file providing preserving authenticity (at least 200 dots per inch). The size of one file shall not exceed 10 MB.

Filing of application with appendix of the scanned documents in the form of copies in the PDF format (portable document format) is allowed.";
