According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 28, 2013 "About measures for further enhancement of system of preparation of legal personnel" and of April 28, 2017 No. PP-2932 "About measures for radical enhancement of system and increase in efficiency of training at the Tashkent state legal university", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of the educational process at the Tashkent state legal university based on modular training system, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1990:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for acceptance of foreign citizens in bachelor degree of the Tashkent state legal university according to appendix No. 1.
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. M. Ikramov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2017 No. 347
1. This Provision according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 28, 2017 No. PP-2932 "About measures for radical enhancement of system and increase in efficiency of training at the Tashkent state legal university" determines procedure for acceptance of the physical persons who are citizens of foreign states, and also the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of foreign state (further - foreign citizens), in bachelor degree of the Tashkent state legal university (further - TGYuU).
2. Acceptance of foreign citizens is performed out of acceptance quotas in TGYuU bachelor degree according to the number of places determined by State commission by acceptance in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - State commission).
Training of students is performed on paid and contractual basis, stipulated by the legislation for foreign citizens.
The foreign investors having the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan or the investment visa and also members of their families have the right to arrive and study at the conditions provided for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Acceptance of foreign citizens in bachelor degree of TGYuU is performed without conducting tests, by results of interview in TGYuU and taking into account the gained points according to rating system.
4. The foreign citizens who filed documents for training to TGYuU bachelor degree have interview regarding determination of outlook, professional tendency and motivation, general intellectual and spiritual and moral level.
5. The organization of acceptance of foreign citizens in bachelor degree of TGYuU is performed according to the scheme according to appendix to this Provision.
6. The organization of acceptance of foreign citizens in bachelor degree of TGYuU is performed by selection committee of TGYuU (further - selection committee) formed for the corresponding academic year.
Statements of foreign citizens for acceptance are adopted by selection committee from March 15 to July 15.
7. Documents for acceptance are filed to bachelor degree of TGYuU by means of the world information Internet.
Foreign citizens in real time fill in electronically the application for admission with indication of: directions of education, language and form of education; the terminations by the foreign citizen of the highest educational institution or absence at it the higher education; marks about acquaintance of the foreign citizen with rules of holding interview.
8. Are enclosed to the electronic application for admission electronically:
the passport of the foreign citizen or the document replacing it;
the education document issued by competent authorities of foreign states legalized or with putting down of apostille in accordance with the established procedure, with indication of the studied objects and received on them at examinations of estimates (points);
the color photo the 3,5 x 4,5 size see.
Each document enclosed to the application shall be in the form of the separate file providing preserving all authentic signs of authenticity (at least 200 dots per inch). The size of one file shall not exceed 10 MB.
Filing of application with appendix of the scanned documents in the form of copies in the PDF format (portable document format) is allowed.

9. In case of submission of all necessary documents according to the requirements provided by Items 7 and 8 of this provision within 72 hours the statement is registered by means of assignment to it unique number and is reported to the foreign citizen about need of submission of originals of documents at the scheduled time.
Time of documents acceptance by selection committee the assignment moment to the statement of unique number is considered.
10. In case of discrepancy of the submitted documents to requirements of Items 7 and 8 of this provision within 72 hours to the e-mail address specified in the statement to the foreign citizen the corresponding notification goes. At the same time the foreign citizen is given opportunity for correction of the specified shortcomings and repeated submission of documents before the termination of fixed term of their acceptance.
After the termination of fixed term of documents acceptance introduction of changes in them and amendments is strictly forbidden.
11. The number of the registered applications for admission daily is posted on TGYuU website.
12. Foreign citizens represent originals of documents in 3 days prior to interviewing.
At the same time the foreign citizen submits the printed-out and signed application that confirms reliability of the data specified in documents.
In case of detection of counterfeit or forgery in documents the foreign citizen is discharged of interview (the student is deducted from TGYuU), and documents in accordance with the established procedure go to law enforcement agencies.
