About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine concerning transportation of dangerous goods

According to item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out the special training of workers of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2007 No. 1285, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for determination of the center of the special training of workers of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of July 16, 2008 No. 867, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2008 at No. 756/15447, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

to exclude subitem 1.1 of Item 1.

With respect thereto to consider subitems 1.2-1.9 respectively subitems 1.1-1.8;

exclude Item 2.

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-25 respectively Items 2-24;

Appendices 1-3 to this Procedure to be reworded as follows 2) which are applied.

Appendix 4 to this Procedure to exclude 3).

With respect thereto to consider appendix 5 appendix 4.

The reference to appendix 5 to replace 4) in the text of this Procedure with the reference to appendix 4.

Appendix 4 to this Procedure to be reworded as follows 5) enclosed.

2. Bring determination of body in the Procedure, authorized to carry out examination of workers of subjects of transportation of dangerous goods, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine approved by the order of July 16, 2008 No. 869, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2008 at No. 758/15449, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

to exclude subitem 1.1 of Item 1.
