About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 2019 No. 115

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 2019 No. 115 "About use of funds of the family capital for receipt of medical care" the following changes:
third subitem 1.3 to add the paragraph with the words "with indication of types of paid medical services which need to be rendered to the patient";
state subitem 1.7 in the following edition:
"1.7. after transfer of JSC ASB Belarusbank of money the organization of health care:
provides timely and high-quality rendering paid medical services in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
carries out other obligations provided by the agreement.
