1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2007 No. 364 "About approval of all-army regulations of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
To add the charter of internal service of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree with Item 12-1 of the following content:
"12-1. The serviceman shall abstain from visit of gambling institution, except as specified, of the service duties connected with execution.".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 153 "About measures for further enhancement of ethical standards and rules of conduct of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in the Ethical code of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
add Item 6 with the subitem 10) of the following content:
"10) to abstain from visit of gambling institution, except as specified, of the service duties connected with execution.".
