According to Article part one 5, parts eight of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About energy efficiency of buildings", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine.
2. To provide to management of energy efficiency submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. Butenko.
